Returns

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our headwear designs, items made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return. We work closely with clients during the consultation and fitting process to ensure satisfaction before final production.

Standard Products

If you are not satisfied with a standard product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom-fitted items are excluded from this policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at infocenter@xexvalonzarxun.world or through our contact page. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for standard products, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options. Custom items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
